What is your notary fee per document?

The state of Georgia regulates notary fees @ $2 per document.

What is the rate you charge for mileage?

As of 2025, my mileage rate is calculated at $0.89 per mile (roundtrip).

Do you charge a wait fee?

Yes, the wait fee starts at $10.00 after the first 15 minutes of wait time.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

A client who does not show up for their appointment will be responsible for mileage (roundtrip).

What happens if I don't have proper identification?

A client who does have the proper will be responsible for mileage (roundtrip).

How do you handle group signings?

If multiple clients are signing the same document, then a single notary fee would apply. If multiple clients are signing different documents, then multiple notary fees would apply.

Notary Requirements

Signers must be present at their appointment
Signers must use a state-approved form of identification
Missed and later appointments are subject to mileage and wait fees
